Festival of the Kyrgyz cinema in Berlin (November 17-24, 2011)


It will be in November, 2011. Opening Day - 17.11.2011. Closing Day - 24.11.2011

 

Places: Laika & Finchan, Berlin.

 

This Festival devote to 70-anniversary of the Kyrgyz cinema. It's Echo of International Film Festival Bishkek (also known as Kyrgyzstan-Germany-France-Espana). Curator of the project: Mr. Matthias Maiwald. He is preparing this event with the support of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Germany and Deutsch-Kirgisischer Kulturverein e.V.

 

Mr. Matthias Maiwald would like to show such as famous Kyrgyz films:

 

1. Circles in the sand by Nayzabek Sydykov, Kyrgyzfilm, head of the studio – Taalaybek Kulmendeev
2. Pencil against ants by Mirlan Abdykalykov, Oy Art & Cinema Development Fund – producers Altynai Koichumanova & Ulan Isakbekov
