Quarantine: Day after day - 17.04.2020. International Short Film Festival Oberhausen online
Festival team: "Due to a decree issued by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs (MAGS) in North Rhine-Westphalia concerning health protection measures to be ordered throughout the state to limit the spread of coronavirus on 15 March, the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen will not be able to hold its 66th edition in May as planned. We are currently examining which of our planned programmes can be offered online and which can be postponed to the coming year."
Festival team: "We are currently planning to present our competition programmes and a number of additional programmes online, comprising an estimated number of 200 to 300 films. Please understand that at this point in time we are still working on the details. We will keep you updated via our website and our Social Media channels."
And we are here in Bishkek very happy to announce that two films from Kyrgyzstan included to the competitive programs: Abzel, Aizhamal Akchalova, 2019, 11'47'', International Competition
Ayana, Aidana Topchubaeva, 2019, 20'44'', Children's and Youth Film Competition
