The competition program will include 30 films-participants of the internationalprogram and 10 films in the category "Young Russia" (for Russian citizens). The age limit for filmmakers participating in the international competition is 35 years. The national program "Young Russia" accepts short feature films from the regions of the Russian Federation without age restrictions. The International Youth Film Festival KZN is held in Kazan to support aspiring authors and young filmmakers. The winners are determined by an expert international jury. The founder of the festival is the Ministry of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. With the support of the "CinemaTime” Directorate.

To take part in the XI International Youth Film Festival it is necessary to fill out an application form till the 1^st of June.

The winners will be awarded in the following nominations:
"Short feature film";
"Short documentary film";
"Short animated film";
"Film for children";
"Videoclip"(creativity in the form of advertising, animated films, video clips, social videos).
