The Film Festival “Nomad 2023: A Living Land” is organized by the Communications and Media Department of the University of Central Asia to be held in Naryn, Kyrgyzstan. The Film Festival aims to provide a platform for emerging filmmakers contributing to the development of the film industry throughout Central Asia.

Date of birth: 03.07.1982
Education: Kyrgyz State National University, journalism department
 
Since 1990 to 2001 he was having main roles in films of Kyrgyz director Aktan Arym Kubat. Since 2003 to 2004 was working in Kazakhstan Republic in cinematography; since 2004 to 2008 was working at the Bigim studio as a second director and co-director. In 2008 has created his own studio Selkinchek which makes advertisement and social video, video clip and other.
