On February 1, submission for the XX Kazan International Muslim Film Festival started. The submission will last till June 1, 2024. The Selection Committee will finish its work by the beginning of July. After this, the official selection will be announced.

The 13th Moqvemat Film Festival in Tehran

The 13th Resistance (Moqvemat) International Film Festival in Tehran (Iran) from 21st to the 26th of September 2014.

Five cineastes and film experts have been appointed as members of the international jury at the 13th Resisitance International Film Festival.

The members are Iranian director Majid Majidi, Iranian production manager Mahammad Davudi, Bangladeshi film-critic Mufid al-Haq, Tunisian director Anis Lassoued and Kyrgyz film-critic Gulbara Tolomushova.

The festival is held in Tehran and other Iranian cities from September 21 to 30 to commemorate the anniversary of the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war during the Sacred Defence Week.
