Reception of applications for Kazan International Muslim Film Festival is still in progress

On February 1, submission for the XX Kazan International Muslim Film Festival started. The submission will last till June 1, 2024. The Selection Committee will finish its work by the beginning of July. After this, the official selection will be announced.

Mirlan Abdykalykov started to shoot his first full-length film

On the 18th of the July 2014 Mirlan Abdykalykov began to shoot his first full-lengh movie "Chon Ashuu". It's coproduction between Aytysh-film (Sadyk Sher-Niyaz) & Oy Art (Altynai Koichumanova). Script-writers: Aktan Arym Kubat & Ernest Abdyjaparov. Starring: Taalaykan Abazova & Tabaldy Aktanov etc. The movie will be ready this autumn.
