Short fiction "On the Border" won an award of “The best short story” at the "Resistance” in Tehran
An award-winning ceremony of the International Film Festival “Resistance” took place on 23rd November 2020 in Tehran.
A short fiction “On the border” produced at the “Kyrgyzfilm” National Film-studio made by the Kyrgyz director Mr. Tynchtyk Abylkasymov on the basis of the script written by the Tajikistan’s script-writer & director Mr. Iskandar Usmanov has won an award of “The best short story” of the Cinema Festival.
On behalf of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Tehran participated in the Award-winning ceremony which has been also attended by leading representatives of the cinematography and cinema industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as the international diplomatic corps accredited in Tehran.

The script of this short fiction is one part of the script of the full-length film written by the script-writer from Tajikistan Iskandar Usmonov. The focus of this project is the life of ordinary people living in the border areas of Central Asia of the countries.
